Why jSDP doesn't implement the JSR 141 ??

There are at least two reasons:

  • The JSR 141 don't like me much
  • At this time it's still a proposed final draft

However in the next releases jSDP will provide a JSR 141 implementation, but its API will remains unchanged.

There are others Java implementation of SDP protocol ??

The Java API for SIP Signaling provides an SDP library that implements an early version of JSR 141, but it's a bit outdated.

What platforms has jSDP been tested on ??

Various flavors of Windows (95, 98, NT, XP, 2000), Mac OS X, and multiple UNIX systems (Linux, Solaris, HPUX).
